From consulting to product, all the way to production
Three pillars, one common thread: platforms and products that hold up under load, pass audits, and stay simple to operate.
Cloud / Platform consulting & expertise
A platform is judged in production, not on a diagram. I audit what exists, design the target architecture, and lead migrations — Cluster Autoscaler to Karpenter on the platform serving 600+ organizations at ENGIE, 140 banking machines to the cloud at BNP Paribas, an OpenShift audit on sovereign cloud for the Government of Monaco. Regulated environments — PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, classified data — are my daily work.
- Audits: infrastructure, Kubernetes, security, FinOps
- Target cloud & hybrid architecture
- Migrations: cloud, GitOps, Karpenter
- Observability: Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo
- Policy-as-code: Kyverno, OPA/Gatekeeper
- CI/CD at scale: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
- Day-2 ops: upgrades, capacity, reliability
- Regulated environments & sovereign cloud
Who it's for
- CTOs and technical leadership
- Heads of Platform / Infrastructure
- Engineering Managers of DevOps & SRE teams
- CIOs in regulated or sovereign environments
Typical deliverables
- Audit report: findings, prioritized risks, costed action plan
- Target architecture dossier with scenario comparison and ROI
- Milestone-based migration plan, with a rollback strategy
- Production-ready CI/CD pipelines and GitOps configurations
- Technical briefs and runbooks for your teams
- Architecture and knowledge-transfer workshops
Engagement formats
Staff augmentation
I join your team a few days a week or full time, on-site or remote — build, run, and knowledge transfer along the way.
Fixed price
Scope, deliverables, and price set at the framing stage — target architecture, migration, or observability stack: you know what you get, and when.
Flash audit
One week to put your platform under the microscope: interviews, technical review, then a written and oral debrief — findings, prioritized risks, costed action plan.
How we start
- 01
Intro call
Thirty minutes over video, no commitment, to understand your context and what needs to change.
- 02
Framing
I dig into the current state with your teams and we define the scope, the deliverables, and the engagement format.
- 03
Proposal
You receive a written proposal — scope, schedule, price — within 48 h.
Solution development
Full-stack web (Next.js, Go, Node), mobile, internal platforms, MVPs: I build cloud-native products that are secure and highly available. My differentiator fits in one sentence: the same engineer designs the product and the platform that runs it — the code, the pipeline, the monitoring, and the backups all come from the same hands. That is how I built Nkube: Go backend, Next.js frontend, infrastructure as code, multi-cloud.
- Full-stack web: Next.js, Go, Node
- iOS & Android mobile applications
- Internal platforms & team tooling
- MVPs: a first useful version, fast
- Cloud-native by design: containers, IaC, CI/CD
- Security & high availability by default
Who it's for
- Project owners with a product to launch
- CTOs and founders of startups & scale-ups
- Business units that need an internal tool
- Product teams short on platform capacity
Typical deliverables
- A product in production — not a demo
- Documented and tested source code, handed over in full
- CI/CD pipeline and reproducible infrastructure as code
- Monitoring, alerting, and backups configured
- Operations documentation and handover to your teams
Engagement formats
Fixed price
The go-to format for a product or an MVP: scope, milestones, and price set at the framing stage, with a working delivery at every step.
Staff augmentation
A senior reinforcement in your product team, able to take on the frontend, the backend, or the platform — wherever things are stuck.
Run & evolutions
After go-live: monitoring, fixes, and ongoing improvements, so the product keeps living.
How we start
- 01
Intro call
You tell me about the idea, the target users, and the deadline; I tell you frankly what is realistic.
- 02
Framing
We define the first useful version: features, architecture, delivery milestones.
- 03
Proposal
You receive a detailed proposal — work packages, schedule, price — within 48 h.
Training
I prepare your teams for the 16 certifications of the Golden Kubestronaut track — CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, and the rest — and I introduce them to the fundamentals: Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, observability, CI/CD. Every exam I teach, I have taken myself; and I train the way I operate: hands-on, on concrete cases. On-site at your company, in person or remote, in French or in English.
- Golden Kubestronaut track: all 16 CNCF certifications + LFCS
- Introductions: Docker, Kubernetes, container security
- AWS / Azure / GCP cloud, GitOps & ArgoCD
- Grafana observability, GitHub Actions CI/CD
- In-house, in person or remote, FR/EN
Typical deliverables
- Course materials and hands-on labs on a cluster
- Mock exams in the exam format — the tools I built for my own certifications
- Individual follow-up recommendations after the session
Who it's for
- DevOps, SRE, and platform teams
- Developers getting started with Kubernetes
- Training managers and CTOs structuring upskilling
- Candidates for CNCF and Linux Foundation certifications
Engagement formats
In-house
For your team, on your premises: the program adapts to your stack and your real-world cases.
Remote
The same program at a distance: short, interactive video sessions, cluster labs included.
French or English
I deliver every course in both languages, on weekdays or weekends, materials included.
How we start
- 01
Intro call
You tell me who to train, on which topics, and by when — certification or fundamentals.
- 02
Framing
We pick the path from the catalog and I adjust it to the participants' actual level.
- 03
