Privacy policy

What data, and what for

I only collect the information you enter in the site's two forms: the contact form (email, subject, message, name if you provide it) and the training quote configurator (selected courses, format and location, pace, number of participants, language, name, company if you provide it, email).

This data serves two purposes, and nothing else: replying to messages sent through the contact form, and preparing the requested training quotes. No prospecting, no enrollment in any mailing list.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent: each form includes an explicit checkbox before submission. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to me — I will then delete your data.

Retention period

I keep your messages and quote requests for 12 months, then delete them.

Who has access to your data

I am the sole recipient of your messages and quote requests. One technical subprocessor is involved in delivering emails: Resend, the service that carries form notifications to my inbox. Your data is neither sold nor shared with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no third-party cookies. If audience measurement is enabled, it relies on Plausible, a cookie-free tool that produces aggregated, anonymous statistics — no personal data, no individual tracking.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To exercise it, an email is enough: med.khalilnouisser@gmail.com. I reply within 24 to 48 h.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage

This site sets a single functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE, 12-month lifetime) and an equivalent local-storage key, which remember your display language (French or English). They contain no personal data, enable no tracking, and are shared with no third party. In line with CNIL guidelines, this type of preference cookie is exempt from consent. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.
